Advance Auto Parts Inc. faces four proposed class action lawsuits over a May data breach that exposed the personal information of at least at least 358,000 current and former employees.

Advance negligently failed to protect employees sensitive data from known security risks through standard cybersecurity practices, according to four separate complaints filed Monday in the US.District for the Eastern District of North Carolina. All four lawsuits assert negligence, breach of implied contract, and other claims.
