• Unauthorized person accessed some Acuity systems on Dec. 7-8, 2021
  • Copied a subset of files out of its network
• Discovered evidence of an unrelated incident of unauthorized access on Oct. 6-7, 2020, which included an attempt to copy some files out of its network
• Files involved included personal information for current and former employees and members of Acuity’s health plan
• Third-party cybersecurity firm was engaged to conduct an investigation
