Zimmer Inc. scored another victory in NexGen knee implant litigation, winning judgment in the second federal test case (In re Zimmer Nexgen Prod. Liab. Litig. (Joas v. Zimmer, Inc.), 2016 BL 351570, N.D. Ill., No. 13-9216, 10/21/16).
The manufacturer won a jury verdict in 2015 in the first test case (9 MELR, 11/25/15, 16 CLASS 1232, 11/13/15, 43 PSLR 1307, 11/16/15).
