Zimmer Biomet Win in Heraeus Bone Cement Fight to Be Reviewed

U.S. International Trade Commission will take a second look at a judge’s finding that Zimmer Biomet wasn’t violating Heraeus’s intellectual property rights for bone cement, agency says in a notice posted on its website.

• NOTE: Dispute is over the compound used to fill the gap between an artificial joint and a bone
  • Heraeus had claimed Zimmer Biomet stole trade secrets related to the compound
