Wright Medical Loses Appeal of $2.1M Artificial Hip Verdict

Wright Medical Technology Inc. lost its appeal of a $2.1 million verdict for a Utah ski instructor in the only federal suit that has gone to trial over a Wright Conserve hip prosthesis (Christiansen v. Wright Medical Tech., Inc., 11th Cir., No. 16-12162, 3/20/17).
