UroGen Pharma, Teva End Patent Dispute Over Urinary Cancer Drug

A Delaware federal court officially ended UroGen Pharma Ltd.'s patent infringement suit against Teva Pharmaceuticals Inc. pursuant to the parties’ stipulation of dismissal.

The US District Court for the District of Delaware said Wednesday the parties had settled the suit, but didn’t provide any details of their agreement.

A UroGen press release announcing the settlement said it granted Teva an exclusive license to sell its generic beginning in September 2030 if it wins FDA approval for the copycat drug.
