Taxotere Hair Loss Suits Sent to Louisiana

Taxotere hair loss suits were sent to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana (In re Taxotere (Docetaxel) Prod. Liab. Litig., J.P.M.L., No. 2740, 10/4/16).

Plaintiffs sued French drugmaker Sanofi S.A., subsidiary Sanofi-Aventis U.S. LLC and related companies, alleging they weren’t warned that the breast cancer drug could cause permanent hair loss.
