Sun Pharma Unit Gets Preliminary Injunctive Relief in U.S. Court

DUSA Pharmaceuticals has been granted preliminary injunctive relief by a federal district court prohibiting Biofrontera AG and units from using DUSA’s confidential and proprietary trade secret information, according to a statement on exchanges.
