A stem cell therapy developer and a stem cell clinic operator are fighting in Wyoming court after an agreement to open a clinic in Colombia went south.
Giostar Therapy LLC, an Arizona company whose U.S. parent is based in San Diego, alleged in a new lawsuit that Bioscience Americas LLC and Bioscience Capital LLC, Wyoming-registered companies based in Cheyenne, reneged on an agreement to jointly open and operate a stem cell clinic in Medellín. Giostar said Bioscience, formed in 2015, has frozen it out of the operation.
