NoticesFood and Drug Administration announced the establishment of a public docket for comments on a report on clinical trial participation by demographic subgroups and subset analysis of the resulting data, issued as required in the Food and Drug Administration Safety and Innovation Act. FDA solicits input from stakeholders before it releases an action plan to address issues raised in the report and announced that such information is available to all who are interested.
