A Florida pharmacist got a 10-year prison sentence and will have to forfeit several luxury cars as part of his punishment for participating in a scheme involving fraudulent billing for compounded drugs. A jury in January found Ademola O. Adebayo guilty of submitting false claims to private insurers, Medicare, and TRICARE. He is the last of nine people convicted in the case out of the Southern District of Florida.
