Pfizer should be held accountable for the actions of its generic subsidiary, Greenstone LLC, in a lawsuit alleging industrywide coordination by generic drugmakers to inflate prices, divvy up markets, and block competition, according to the 44 attorneys general who filed the case.
Pfizer and Greenstone are “one and the same,” the attorneys general said Tuesday in a response to Pfizer’s motion to dismiss.
