Orrick Picks Up Seven-Lawyer Regulatory Team in DC, Boston (1)

Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe is adding a seven-lawyer health care regulatory team to its offices in Washington and Boston.

Georgia Ravitz, who headed Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s FDA regulatory practice, is making the move to Orrick, the firm said Thursday. Partners Amy Joseph and Jeremy Sherer are joining Orrick from health law regulatory boutique Hooper Lundy & Bookman.

The San Francisco-founded firm has long worked with clients in the technology, energy, and finance sectors. Orrick is in the middle of a 10-year plan to grow its life sciences practice and the new team additions “really completes the package,” said ...
