Nuance, Mach7 Sued for Patent Royalties on Medical-Imaging Tech

Nuance and Mach7 Technologies were hit with a lawsuit alleging that Nuance’s PowerShare -- a network for sharing patient health care information and images using web-based and mobile viewing applications -- and viewers it supports including Mach7’s eUnity infringe four patents for the technology owned by closely held AI Visualize.
