Novartis AG named a new head of ethics, risk and compliance, continuing a shake-up of its legal team that followed the disclosure of payments to President Donald Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen.
Klaus Moosmayer, now chief compliance officer at Germany’s Siemens AG, will join Novartis on Dec. 1, the Basel, Switzerland-based drugmaker said in a statement Tuesday. He succeeds Shannon Thyme Klinger, who recently became general counsel.
