The father of a teen who committed suicide after abruptly discontinuing the antidepressant Paxil was properly denied an extension of time to find an expert in his wrongful death suit against manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline LLC, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit held Nov. 5, affirming summary judgment for the defendant (Autery v.
