New Mexico Sues Gilead, Bristol-Myers, Teva Pharma Over HIV Meds

Gilead Sciences Inc., Bristol-Myers Squibb, Gilead Sciences LLC, and Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. named in lawsuit filed by New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas for violating the state’s Antitrust Act and Unfair Practices Act.
