N.C. Medical Board Reprimands Former Duke University Researcher

RALEIGH, N.C.—A former Duke University cancer researcher engaged in unprofessional conduct involving his résumé and work, the North Carolina Medical Board said in a Nov. 22 reprimand.

Under the terms of a consent order signed by Dr. Anil Potti, he must meet with the board for investigative interviews when requested and the reprimand will be shared with certain entities, agencies, and clearinghouses. Future unprofessional conduct could lead to the suspension or revocation of his license to practice in the state, the board said.
