Mallinckrodt Gets Court Approval to Pause Acthar Gel Lawsuit

Mallinckrodt Plc. won permission from its bankruptcy judge to pause a lawsuit regarding the drug maker’s Acthar gel, over a request from plaintiffs who wanted to press on with their claims against co-defendants.
