Juno Therapeutics Inc. says Juno Biomedical Inc. infringes its trademark, causing confusion among its customers and loss of income and goodwill (Juno Therapeutics, Inc. v. Juno Biomedical, Inc., N.D. Cal., 4:17-cv-02523, filed 5/3/17).
Juno Therapeutics, which is based in Seattle and produced $79 million in revenue in 2016, according to its annual report, wrote in its complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California that it is seeking monetary damages from Juno Biomedical.
