A rule tying health center federal grant money to patient discounts for insulin and epinephrine could be published at any time after the White House concluded its review Thursday.
Sign-off by the Office of Management and Budget is the final step before the rule is published in the Federal Register. The final rule is a result of President Donald Trump’s July executive order on access to affordable life-saving medicines.
