Indivior Settles With Reckitt Benckiser Over $1.4B Claim

Indivior says it will pay Reckitt Benckiser a total of $50m over the next five years as part of a settlement reached between the two companies.

• Reckitt Benckiser to withdraw its $1.4b claim and to release Indivior from any claim for indemnity under the Demerger Agreement relating to the US Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission settlements which Reckitt Benckiser entered into in July 2019
• Indivior says it will not provide any further information on the matter
