An Illinois assisted living facility says a Wisconsin insurance company must defend it in a biometric privacy lawsuit, after the insurance company attempted to get off the hook for covering the policyholder.
Eagle’s View Supportive Living made that assertion in a brief filed Wednesday with the U.S. District for the Northern District of Illinois, where it’s seeking to compel coverage.
