The report, “Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans Midcourse Report: Implementation Strategies for Older Adults,” develops the work of the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, HHS said.
It aims to help older adults achieve the recommended amount of physical activity, according to the HHS.
