Georgia’s Columbus Regional Healthcare System Inc. plans to settle a class action challenging the investment options and fees in its workers’ retirement plan.
The parties reached an agreement following a private mediation session and plan to submit the deal for court approval by mid-November, they said in a status report filed Monday in the US District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. The filing didn’t include details about the terms of the agreement.
