Frontier Keeps Army’s Biomedical Equipment Technician Contract

Frontier Strategies LLC can perform a biomedical equipment technician services contract for the US Army at a San Antonio medical center, the GAO said in a decision released Friday.

Protester Monbo Group International argued that its bid was unfairly eliminated for not satisfying solicitation requirements.

But the Army properly viewed Monbo’s bid to be technically unacceptable for not adequately addressing how it would satisfy specific knowledge, skills, and abilities, such as those relating to software, interpersonal skills, and medical knowledge, the Government Accountability Office said.
