The Food and Drug Administration is “not doing their job” to curb skyrocketing youth use of vaping devices from companies like Juul Labs Inc., a leading Senate Democrat said.
“The FDA is sitting on the sidelines while every other public health expert sounds the alarm about these products,” Senate Democratic Whip Richard J. Durbin (Ill.) said during a June 12 briefing on e-cigarettes.
