Erbe Seeks to Block U.S. Imports of Olympus Surgical Devices

Erbe Elektromedizin claims Olympus devices infringe five patents for argon plasma coagulation probes, used during endoscopic procedures, according to complaint filed with U.S. International Trade Commission in Washington.
