In a loss for Duramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. (now known as Teva Women’s Health Inc.), a federal appeals court July 27 said that the company was not entitled to a temporary injunction preventing Watson Laboratories Inc. from launching a generic copy of the branded contraceptive pill, Seasonique (Duramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. v.
