Accentia Biopharmaceuticals Inc. announced Oct. 28 that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida confirmed its reorganization plan (In re Accentia Biopharmaceuticals Inc.).
Chapter 11 Filing.
Accentia Biopharmaceuticals Inc. and nine affiliated companies, including Analytica International Inc., AccentRx Inc., and Biovest International Inc., filed for Chapter 11 protection Nov. 10, 2008 (20 BBLR 1385, 11/27/08).
Accentia is scheduled to emerge from Chapter 11 as a fully restructured company by mid-November, according to the news release.
