Cleveland Clinic Again Sues True Health Over Heart Disease Markers

The Cleveland Clinic Foundation continued efforts to protect its patents in the $2 billion global cardiovascular diagnostic market by suing True Health Diagnostics again for infringement (The Cleveland Clinic Foundation et al v. True Health Diagnostics LLC, E.D. Va., No. 1:17-cv-00198-LMB, filed 2/21/17).
