Potentially thousands of plaintiffs with personal injury claims against Essure contraceptive maker Bayer saw a turning point in a recent California trial court decision, their attorneys say (Lance v. Bayer Essure Inc., Cal. Super. Ct., RG16809860, 8/2/16).
