Boston Scientific and Nevro Inc. have filed dueling appeals with a federal appeals court over patent claims covering technology used in an implantable microstimulator device.
The companies compete in the spinal cord stimulation device market and now have competing lawsuits in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Nevro is hoping the appeals court will invalidate Boston Scientific’s patent (U.S. Patent No. 6,895,280) entirely.
