Endo International plc unit Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, LLC lost its bid to avoid trial on a man’s claims that its testosterone product caused his heart attack (In re Testosterone Replacement Therapy Prods. Liab. Litig. Coordinated Pretrial Proceedings, 2017 BL 379396, N.D. Ill., Case No. 14 C 1748 MDL No. 2545, 10/23/17).
The trial, set to start Nov. 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, will be the first test trial involving Auxilium’s Testim product.
