ATS Labs of Eagan, Minn., recently announced that it had acquired the assets of MicroTest Labs of for an undisclosed price.
At the same time, the antimicrobial and biocide testing company announced that the combined companies will be known as Accuratus Lab Services.
An ATS news release said administrative functions for the new company would be consolidated, but that it would have locations in Eagan and Agawam, Mass., where MicroTest has been based.
