Arizona Laboratory Owner Pleads Guilty To Illegally Selling Unapproved Stem Cells

HOUSTON—A former Arizona laboratory owner pleaded guilty Aug. 18 in a Texas federal court to charges of illegally introducing stem cells from umbilical cord blood into interstate commerce for treating patients with immune disorders, prosecutors announced (United States v. Branyon guilty plea 8/18/11).
