Amgen Renews Push for Colorado Payment Cap Halt At Appeals Court

Drugmaker Amgen Inc. is asking a federal appeals court to overturn a judge’s dismissal of its lawsuit seeking to prevent Colorado’s drug affordability board from capping what health plans pay for the autoimmune treatment Enbrel.
