Allstate Stops Whistleblowers’ False Medicare Reporting Claim

Allstate Insurance Co. showed that a portion of a whistleblower suit alleging that the company failed to make proper insurance coverage reports to Medicare is barred under the False Claims Act’s public disclosure rule, a Michigan federal district court ruled Tuesday.
