Alkermes Sues Teva Over ANDA for Generic Version of Vivitrol

Alkermes said it sued Teva Pharmaceuticals USA in U.S. district court over Teva’s Abbreviated New Drug Application for a generic version of Vivitrol.

  • The filing of the lawsuit triggered a stay of FDA approval of the application for up to 30 months
