AbbVie, J&J Sue Hetero over Third Patent for IBS Drug Viberzi

AbbVie’s Allergan and J&J’s Janssen said Hetero’s proposed generic version of a treatment for irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea, which they accused last year of infringing two patents for Viberzi, infringes another patent for the drug.
