Dupont, Chemours Lose Again in Teflon Chemical Suit

DuPont Co. was found liable for a man’s testicular cancer in the second suit to go to trial in 3,500 lawsuits over a toxic Teflon chemical found in Ohio and West Virginia waters, for which spinoff Chemours Co. had agreed to bear the cost (In re E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Co. C-8 Pers. Injury Litig., S.D. Ohio, 13-md-02433, verdict 7/1/16).
