Wendy Williams’ Ex-Husband Challenges Her Legal Guardianship (1)

Former talk show host Wendy Williams ex-husband has filed a lawsuit against her court-appointed guardian, Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC, American Express Co., and others, challenging the legitimacy of her guardianship.

The lawsuit, filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York on Tuesday, names dozens of defendants who Kelvin Hunter claims have been complicit in exploiting his former partner.

Hunter has filed a separate ex parte motion to proceed on behalf of Williams as her “next friend.”
