Harvey Weinstein is awaiting a verdict this week from jurors who, according to one, aren’t getting along.
A juror described by Weinstein’s attorney as a 25 year-old who lives with his grandma told the judge Friday the deliberations are “not fair and just.”
“Playground stuff” is taking place, with “shunning happening,” the juror said, looking at the defense table.
