Viral DOGE Deposition Videos Can Remain Online, Judge Rules

A federal judge rejected the Trump administration’s request to block further dissemination of videos showing former Department of Government Efficiency staffers being questioned under oath.

The deposition clips were posted online by groups that sued to challenge DOGE’s revocations of National Endowment for the Humanities grants. DOGE staffers Nate Cavanaugh and Justin Fox’s deposition testimony about how the Elon Musk-led project used ChatGPT to flag “DEI” in NEH grants have been widely shared.
