US Banks Get Paris Police Protection After Goldman Bomb Threat

Paris police are tightening security at US banks after a series of threats were made against the establishments in possible connection with the Iran war.

Goldman Sachs Group Inc.’s headquarters in the French capital were placed under police surveillance Wednesday night after it was warned by US authorities to be on alert for potential threats, including from an Iranian group that was threatening to use explosive devices to attack the building, Le Parisien newspaper reported.
