President Donald Trump’s litigation against two of New York’s biggest newspapers is set to move forward in the week ahead.
Friday is Trump’s deadline to refile his defamation lawsuit against The New York Times. The initial complaint was tossed by a Florida federal court as “inexcusably” long, with the judge calling the claims “repetitive, and laudatory (toward President Trump) but superfluous.” Docket
