President Donald Trump and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg are back on the docket this week as Trump aims to undo his felony conviction.
Arguments on Wednesday in Manhattan district court will center on Trump’s bid to transfer Bragg’s “hush money” case to federal court in order to appeal it there. That could offer Trump a faster track than state courts to the US Supreme Court, a potentially favorable forum (the high court last year declined to halt Trump’s sentencing, but four justices dissented).
