Summit One Vanderbilt Reaches End of Ticket Cost Disclosure Suit

A proposed class action alleging Summit One Vanderbilt didn’t fully disclose the cost of tickets to their observation deck was closed Wednesday after the suing customers agreed to voluntarily drop the suit.

The three suing ticket buyers sought dismissal from the US District Court for the Southern District of New York in an Oct. 24 joint status report. Judge Margaret M. Garnett dismissed the case without prejudice on Wednesday. None of the parties immediately responded to a request for comment.
