Skillz’s Market-Moving Win Sends Message
A Manhattan jury handed a whopping $420 million to Skillz Platform on its claims that mobile gaming rival Papaya lured away customers by deceptively getting them to play against bots, Beth Wang reports.
The jury also said Skillz is entitled to $652 million in disgorgement, which Judge Denise Cote will decide on.
