New York City’s congestion pricing toll raised $449.4 million from January through August, even as the Trump administration seeks to end the program — the first of its kind in the US.

  • The Metropolitan Transportation Authority, which runs the city’s subways, buses and commuter rail lines, released the latest figures on Monday.
